What do you do if you received only one package from an order consisting of multiple products?

You ordered multiple products, but you only received part of them? Don't worry!

If your order contains multiple products sold and delivered by SDRstore, they may be shipped in separate packages. You can check the status of each package from your account by going to the "Orders" section and then "Order Details." Track each AWB on the courier company's website.

Products shipped via different couriers or with separate AWBs will arrive one by one, depending on when they were picked up.
