Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Pack Items
1 Carefully pack all items, including all accessories, in their original packaging. Items purchased as sets must be returned as complete sets.
Return Request Form
2 Complete the return request form provided with your order or download it from our website. All fields must be filled in to process your request.
Sales Check
3 Attach a copy of your sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Return Address
4 Upon approval of your return request:
  • If the item is non-defective, we will send you the return address and detailed shipping instructions via email.
  • If the item is defective, we will arrange for a carrier to pick up the package from your location.
Notify Us
5 Once your parcel is shipped, please immediately email your shipment tracking number and courier details to [email protected].

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To exercise this right, submit the completed return request form within 14 days of delivery and include your proof of purchase.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included if possible.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. We recommend choosing a trackable and insured shipping service, as responsibility for the return remains with you until we receive the package.
  • Items that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or are missing accessories, may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount based on diminished value.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation, but may be withheld until goods are received and inspected.
  • Some items (e.g., custom-made, sealed hygiene products once unsealed) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. In such cases:
  • Contact us via email within a reasonable period after you notice the defect (not later than two months from discovery).
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs or video if requested.
  • Keep all original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Where the defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a courier pickup, or offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU law.
  • All claims for defective items are subject to verification against misuse or accidental damage.

  • All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a completed return form and proof of purchase.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may result in delayed refund processing or partial refunds.
