Placing an order

The courier will call you, and if you discover that they’re at the wrong address, simply provide them with the correct one for delivery. If the new address is within the courier's service area, they’ll complete the delivery for you.

If the correct address is outside the courier’s coverage area, please contact us via chat, and we’ll help you find a solution. Additionally, we recommend that you reach out directly to the courier handling your order for further assistance.
