Ordered and changed your mind right away? You can cancel the order directly from your customer account, in the “My Orders” section, within up to one hour from placing the order. Select the desired order and click on the “Cancel Order” button. If you only want to keep part of the products, contact us via chat for assistance.
After the one-hour period, the order can no longer be canceled.
